We realize optimal website management based on client's requests and budget. From here, we will introduce examples of website operations that GIG has been involved in. Case 1. Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAL) We supported the content production and operation of the travel community site "trico" operated by Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. I participated in meetings from the content planning stage and worked with them from formulating website policies to conceptualizing operational methods. At the meeting, we set up a production/operation system that allows us to refine the content while aligning with the image of the target persona. We were conscious of disseminating information unique to JAL, and tried to operate a website that would lead to long-term branding.
As a result, trico has developed into a community site with more than 3,000 user posts every month. In 2019, we received the Excellence Award at the 7th Web Grand Prix Corporate Division sponsored by the Japan Advertisers Association Web Phone Number List Advertising Study Group.
